Munroe Heights will consist of 112 single-family (duplex and four-plex) units. Each unit has approximately 1215 sq.ft of living space including a single car garage. Due to the topographical landscape, Munroe Heights is able to offer a variety of foundation options that can expand your living area such as full basements and walk-out basements; and for those who want additional storage area but don't want to be climbing stairs, a crawl space. This price range is attractive to many retirees since they are able to unlock substantial equity through the sale of their existing homes and use the liquidity to meet their retirement needs.
The homes are provided by Stones Superior Homes and built by Prestige Homes under controlled conditions to standards that meet or exceed local construction codes. The Developer has set up a Condominium Corporation to act as the management arm for this development.
