Munroe Heights Condominiums will consist of 112 single-family (duplex and four-plex) units. The homes are designated specifically for this target group and are approximately 1215 sq.ft of living space including a single car garage. Due to the topographical landscape, Munroe Heights is able to offer a variety of foundation options that can expand your living area such as full basements and walk-out basements; and for those who want additional storage area but don't want to be climbing stairs, a crawl space.
These homes come with five (5) appliances, and a mixture of hardwood, carpet and vinyl flooring. The homes start at $148,600 plus HST. This price range is attractive to many retirees since they are able to unlock substantial equity through the sale of their existing homes and use the liquidity to meet their retirement needs.
The homes are provided by Stones Superior Homes and built by Prestige Homes under controlled conditions to standards that meet or exceed local construction codes.
The Developer has set up a Condominium Corporation to act as the management arm for this development. Condo fees have been established at $200 per month to fund upkeep/improvements, lawn care and snow removal for the exterior grounds.

The developer Richard and his sons Shane and Ashley Cameron are the owners of Bunrich Trucking Ltd., Atlantic Soils and Cranberry Campground. Their companies are family based and with that they bring a strong sense of pride in there work and a hope for the future.

Since acquiring a parcel of land at Munroe Avenue Extension a number of years ago, they considered the potential for this property. With the lack of housing options in the area, they decided it would be the perfect setting for a retirement community. With that, the Munroe Heights condominium idea was born.
From that time, Richard and Ashley have worked on every aspect of the project to ensure quality, style, affordability, convenience and integration into the existing community. With the creation of their new company - Noremac Developments, the Camerons' long range strategic plan focuses on a convenient, safe, village-like community which will enhance the lives of it's occupants.
